Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery. Products purchased for research purposes are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions stated above.

Refund Process

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
